The fees for marriage and family therapists shall be as provided in this section:
| (1) Application fee | $ 50 |
| (2) Examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the department and a professional testing service | |
| (3) Examination administration fee | $ 30 |
| (4) Original licensee fee | $ 45 |
| (5) Triennial renewal fee | $ 150 |
| (6) Inactive fee and reactivation fee | $ 10 |
| (7) Restoration fee for failure to renew license shall be $100, in addition to the triennial renewal fee in paragraph (5) | |
| (8) Compliance resolution fund: | |
| (A) Compliance resolution fund fee | $ 35 |
| (B) Annual compliance resolution fund fee | $ 35 |
| (C) Triennial compliance resolution fund fee | $ 105 |
