Section 16-38-17 - Withdrawal, termination, or completion(a) A request for withdrawal of a registration statement may be made before or after its effectiveness by written notification; provided that no request shall be granted during the pending of a stop order proceeding under section 485-13, HRS, unless the commissioner finds that the stop order is not necessary in the public interest.
