Section 16-304-3 - Compensation of other witnesses

Any witness other than an expert witness who is subpoenaed to testify at a trial or other court proceeding by the office of consumer protection and who attends the trial or court proceeding, may receive compensation in the amount provided for in section 607-12, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
