Section 16-133-51 - Notification of basic service tier availability In addition to the requirements of section 16-131-61, at the time of initial installation the cable operator shall provide written notice to the subscriber of the availability of the basic service tier. The notice shall include the following information:
(1) That the basic service tier is available, and must be purchased to receive any other video cable service;(2) The cost per month for the basic service tier and any associated equipment necessary to receive service; and(3) A list of all the programming services included in the basic service tier.[Eff and comp 4/22/94] (Auth: HRS § 440G-12) (Imp: HRS § 440G-11)
