Section 16-115-77 - Re-examination(a) A person may retake the examination(s) failed.(b) A person applying to retake the NCEES fundamentals of land surveying examination, NCEES professional land surveying examination, and board-produced professional land surveying examination shall file an Application for Re-examination no later than January 10 for the examination which is regularly conducted once a year in April.(c) The application shall be accompanied by the examination fee, which may not be refunded.
