Section 16-114-127 - Publication of roster

The director or the director's delegate shall prepare annually, a roster showing the name and place of business of each individual holding a license as a state licensed appraiser or a certificate as a state certified appraiser. The roster shall be sent to the Appraisal Subcommittee by June 15 of each year.
