Section 16-101-1 - Objective

This chapter adopted by the board of veterinary examiners, hereafter referred to as "board", is intended to clarify and implement chapter 471, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to the end that the provisions thereunder may be best effectuated and the public interest most effectively served.
