Section 16-100-12 - Registration required

Any person who is not a resident of the State and not licensed under chapter 468E, HRS, and who meets the requirements for the performance of temporary services in speech pathology or audiology as described in section 468E-4(8), HRS, shall register that temporary service with the board, which shall be certified by the sponsoring licensee.
