Section 16-100-57 - Grounds for refusal to issue license, revocation, suspension, or refusal to renew

Failure of any licensee to comply with chapter 468E, HRS, or this chapter shall be grounds for the board to refuse to issue a license, suspend or revoke a license, fine a licensee, or refuse to renew a license.
