Section 15-30-10 - Delegation of administrative duties

The board may delegate to the executive director any power or authority vested in the board as it deems reasonable and proper for the effective administration of chapter 206M, HRS, except the power to adopt, amend, or repeal rules; and any power or authority expressly reserved to the board by statute or rule.
