Section 15-150-38 - Appeal in accordance with statute

If any person is aggrieved by the order issued by the director pursuant to this chapter, the person may appeal the order pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, provided that no provision of the order shall be stayed on appeal unless specifically ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
