Section 13-197-6 - Adoption, amendment, or repeal of rules

When, pursuant to a petition, or upon its own motion, the review board proposes to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule, the rule shall be adopted, amended, or repealed in accordance with the procedures set form in this chapter and in chapter 91 and section 92-41, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
