Section 13-190.1-22 - Supervision of plans preparation and observation of construction(a) The design engineer shall supervise the preparation of all plans and specifications for the initial construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, or removal of dams and reservoirs.(b) The observation of the construction shall be conducted by the construction engineer, as referenced in subchapter 4. Requirements for documentation of construction are provided in subchapter 4.(c) The design engineer and construction engineer may be assisted by other specialists, under the design or construction engineer's direction, as required.
