Section 13-122-11.9 - Temporary closure of public hunting areas

The board or its authorized representative may temporarily close or restrict conditions for use of public hunting areas for up to six months:

(1) In order to address threats to natural resources or to protect public safety; and

(2) To comply with the requirements of agreements made with private landowners or lessees.
