Section 13-86.1-2 - Commercial consumption fishery; prohibition

It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any sea cucumber taken from State waters for consumption purposes, or to otherwise take any sea cucumber from State waters for commercial purposes, except for commercial aquarium purposes as provided in section 13-86.1-3.
