Section 13-234-10 - Electricity fee(a) The monthly fee for the use of electricity when furnished by the State at a small boat harbor shall be as follows: (1) | When no person lives aboard .......... | .$40.00 |

(b) Persons not using electricity furnished by the State at a small boat harbor shall not be assessed an electricity fee; provided that if a person is later found to be using electricity furnished by the State but is not paying the fee required by this section, the person shall be assessed the full monthly fee required by this section.
