Section 13-8-4 - American National Standard Institute

ANSI product safety sign and label standards for format, content, and font currently in effect shall be considered in the design of the warning signs. The board and the risk assessment working group, at their discretion and if consistent with the purposes of these rules and in the public interest, may deviate from these standards.
