Section 12-6-20 - Sanctions for nonperformance(a) The director may cancel the contract for nonperformance by the training provider or employer; unsatisfactory performance by the contractor or training provider, such as frequent delays or cancellations of training activities; or failing to perform any of its contractual obligations.
