Section 12-43-120 - Findings and decision of interest arbitration panel

Within thirty days after the conclusion of the hearing, the interest arbitration panel shall transmit a preliminary draft of its decision to the parties. Within fifteen days after the transmittal of the preliminary draft, a majority of the interest arbitration panel shall issue the arbitration decision, which shall be served upon all parties.
