Section 12-43-200 - Scope(a) This subchapter governs the general procedure relating to determination of an appropriate bargaining unit, election of an exclusive bargaining representative, and decertification of an exclusive bargaining representative in private employment pursuant to section 377-5, HRS.(b) The provisions of subchapter 2 shall govern election of bargaining representatives in private employment proceedings insofar as they may be applicable, or as otherwise modified by this subchapter.Eff 10/21/2022 (Auth: HRS § 377-11) (Imp: HRS § 377-5)
