Section 12-43-172 - Statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, and policies

Upon request from the board, a public employer and an employee organization shall file with the board a copy of statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, or policy statements affecting public employee-management relations applicable to all employees of such public employer.
