Section 11-93-57 - Governing body(a) The governing body shall be the supreme authority of the facility, responsible for the management, control and operation of the facility; including the appointment of an administrator, medical director, and professional staff.(b) The governing body shall specify which obstetrical procedures may be done in the facility.(c) The governing body shall be formally organized in accordance with a written constitution and by-laws.(d) The governing body shall meet regularly at least once a year, and the minutes of these meetings shall be kept as a permanent record in the facility.[Eff.
