Section 11-93-53 - License revocation(a) After due notice, and after suitable opportunity for hearing, conducted in accordance with chapter 91, HRS, the director may suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew a license to any governing body because of a failure to meet: (1) Requirements of this chapter; or(2) The conditions under which the license was issued.(b) Any governing body affected by the director's decision for denial, suspension, or revocation may appeal in accordance with chapter 91, HRS.[Eff.
