Section 11-72-74 - Cancellation of open application period(a) The department of health may cancel an open application period at any time prior to designation when the department finds it is in the public interest.(b) The department of health shall publish a public notice of the cancellation of an open application period in a daily newspaper of statewide circulation and shall post the public notice on the department's website.
