A home care agency shall at all times comply with the laws of the State of Hawaii and shall, whenever requested by the director, submit to the director evidence of compliance therewith. The evidence shall include, but not be limited to, copies of licenses, certificates, permits, or other authorizations required by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
