Section 11-62-54.02 - Draft individual permits

After an application for a new, modified, or renewed permit is complete, the director shall tentatively decide to prepare a draft individual permit or deny the application. If the director tentatively proposes to revoke and reissue a permit, the director shall prepare a draft individual permit. A draft permit shall contain the necessary conditions to implement the requirements of this chapter, 33 U.S.C. §1345, and the incorporated sections of 40 CFR Parts 501 and 503.
