Section 11-504-44 - Denial of application The department may deny an application for accreditation of any training course that fails to meet the standards established by these rules, including, but not limited to:
(1) Failure to demonstrate the ability of the training course to comply fully with applicable requirements, procedures, and standards set forth in these rules;(2) Past history of incompetence or negligence in providing training courses on the part of the responsible person, employees, or agents;(3) Submission of false information on an application or issuance of false documentation;(4) Failure to demonstrate the ability of the training course to effectively train course participants; or(5) Past history of noncompliance with federal or state asbestos regulations.[Eff ] (Auth: HRS § 342P-41) (Imp: 40 CFR Part 763, Appendix C)
