Section 11-45-95 - Notifications and reports to individuals(a) Requirements for notification and reports to individuals of exposure to radiation or radioactive material are specified in subchapter 10.(b) When a licensee is required pursuant to section 11-45-90 to report to the department any exposure of an individual to radiation or radioactive material, the licensee shall also notify the individual.
