A farmer disposing of waste pesticides from his own use which are hazardous wastes is not required to comply with the standards in this chapter or other standards in chapters 11-264, 11-265, 11-268, or 11-270 for those wastes provided he triple rinses each emptied pesticide container in accordance with paragraph 11-261-7(b)(3) and disposes of the pesticide residues on his own farm in a manner consistent with the disposal instructions on the pesticide label.
