Section 11-261.400 - ApplicabilityThe requirements of this subpart apply to those areas of an entity managing hazardous secondary materials excluded under § 261.4(a)(23) and/or (24) where hazardous secondary materials are generated or accumulated on site.
(a) A generator of hazardous secondary material that accumulates 6000 kg or less of hazardous secondary material at any time must comply with §§ 261.410 and 261.411.(b) A generator of hazardous secondary material that accumulates more than 6000 kg of hazardous secondary material at any time must comply with §§ 261.410 and 261.420.Haw.
