A qualifying bachelor's degree is a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in which the applicant has earned at least twenty adjusted semester credits from freshman or higher level courses from the courses listed above.
A qualifying associate degree is an associate degree or higher in which the applicant has earned at least twelve adjusted semester credits from freshman or higher level courses from the courses listed above.
