Section 11-175-20 - Monitoring, evaluation and accountability
(a) All mental health and substance abuse services provided directly by or under contract by the department shall be monitored and evaluated at least annually in accordance with contractual provisions and requirements established by the department to ensure a high level of services to consumers and the community, and to assess service efficiency and effectiveness.
(b) Evaluation shall recommend activities and modifications designed to assist services in meeting established standards, requirements, goals, and objectives of the department.
(c) Evaluation shall include methods to measure cost effectiveness and cost efficiency of service delivery in order to increase program and fiscal accountability.
