Section 11-169-4 - Enforcement and obedience to traffic regulations(a) Every officer of the Kalaupapa police department may enforce, control and direct traffic.(b) No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police officer in the control or regulation of traffic.[Eff.
