Section 11-164.2-3 - Penalties(a) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and subject to the fines and penalties provided by law for a misdemeanor.(b) Any person who fraudulently obtains a TB clearance shall be subject to the penalties in subsection (a) and shall also relinquish the fraudulently-oijiained TB clearance to the department.
