Section 11-114-27 - Laboratory surveys(a) The DUI coordinator may conduct on-site surveys of licensed laboratories. Written reports of surveys shall be sent by the DUI coordinator to the alcohol testing supervisor.(b) At no cost to the department, laboratories shall accept and test performance evaluation samples which the DUI coordinator may provide.
