Section 10-7-2 - Applicability of chapter(a) This chapter shall apply to all planned community and multi-family complex developments on Hawaiian home lands that are designated as residential use in the relevant island plan and for which the declaration is recorded after the effective date of this chapter.(b) This chapter may apply to an association for which the declaration was recorded before the effective date of this chapter if adopted by a majority vote of the association.
