Section 10-2-5 - Quorum; votes

A majority of all the members to which the commission is entitled shall constitute a quorum to transact business. Except as otherwise provided by law, the concurrence of a majority of all the members to which the commission is entitled shall be necessary to make any action of the commission valid.
