Rule 616-1-2-.12 - Consolidation; Severance(1)Consolidation. In cases involving common issues of law or fact, the Court may order a joint hearing to expedite or simplify consideration of any or all of the issues in such cases.(2)Severance. If the Court determines that it would be more conducive to an expeditious, full, and fair hearing for any party or issue to be heard separately, the Court may sever the party or issue for a separate hearing.Ga.
