Original Chapters 507-1 through 507-4 were filed on June 30, 1965 under the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act as Rules in effect in 1965 when the Administrative Procedure Act became effective. For any Rule that has been subsequently amended, repealed or added, the Administrative History following the Rule gives the date on which the Rule was filed and the effective date for said Rule. An Administrative History will not be found following those Rules that have not been amended since they were initially filed on June 30, 1965.
Rules 507-3-.02(3) through (8) have been repealed and new Rules 507-3-.02(3) through (7) adopted. Filed April 1, 1970; effective April 20, 1970.
Rule 507-3-.05 has been repealed and a new Rule 507-3 .05 adopted. Filed April 1, 1970; effective April 20, 1970.
