Rule 413-10-1-.02 - Definitions(1) The definitions for purposes of these rules are identical to the terms in O.C.G.A. 50-34-1, et seq.(2) "Rural County" shall be defined using the most recent data and estimates from the U.S. Bureau of the Census to mean a county with a population less than 50,000 where 10% or more of the population lives in poverty.(3) "Conditionally Eligible County" shall be defined as a county with a population of 500,000 or less that shares a geographic border with a Rural County.Ga.
