Rule 413-1-.10 - Awarding of Funds(1) Award limits under the Equity's Program are typically set at $500,000 per project; however, specific limits will be published in a NOFA for a defined application period. Generally speaking, alternative funding limits will be applicable for funding specifically set-aside to accomplish objectives by the Authority.(2) Limits may be waived upon recommendations of DCA Commissioner and approval of the OneGeorgia Authority's Board of Directors or upon recommendation and approval of the OneGeorgia Authority's Board of Directors.Ga.
