Rule 393-2-.01 - Definitions(a) The term "Administrator" shall mean a person who operates, manages, supervises, or is in charge of a long-term care facility. The Board does not recognize the title of "Assistant Administrator" and anyone performing the duties as an Administrator in a Long-Term Care Facility must be licensed by the Board.(b) The term "Long-Term Care Facility" shall mean a personal care home with 25 beds or more, an assisted living community, or a nursing home licensed in this state.Ga.
