Rule 351-1-.02 - Meetings, Officers, Duties(1) The Commission shall meet as set forth in Code Section 16-12-202.(2) A majority of the seven (7) Commission Members shall constitute a quorum.(3) Annually, the Commission shall elect from its Members a Vice Chair, and may elect additional officers from among its Members as it deems appropriate.(4) The Chair shall preside at meetings, perform all duties of that office, and appoint Commission Members to serve on committees as created. The Vice Chair shall preside in the absence of the Chair and shall assume the duties of the Chair when necessary.(5) Meetings of the Commission shall be conducted, to the extent practicable and permissible, in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised. The Chair of the Commission, or the Member of the Commission acting in such capacity, shall have authority to make rulings regarding procedural matters and issues coming before the Commission.Ga.
