Rule 295-9-.03 - Taking of Testimony by Interrogatory

Application to take testimony by interrogatory shall be made and allowed in the same manner as prescribed in Rule 295-9-.01.

Original Rule was filed and effective as Emergency Rule on March 3, 1976, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the adoption of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule.
