Original Rule entitled "Midwife to Attend Only Cases of Normal Childbirth" was filed and effective on July 19, 1965 as 270-5-7-.11.

Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule entitled "The Practice of Medicine is Prohibited" adopted. Filed February 1, 1968; effective February 20, 1968.

Amended: Rule renumbered as 290-5-15-11. Filed June 10, 1980; effective June 30, 1980.

Repealed: F. Oct. 17, 1991; eff. Nov. 6, 1991.
