The Administrative History following each Rule gives the date on which the Rule was originally filed and its effective date, as well as the date on which any amendment or repeal was filed and its effective date. Principal abbreviations used in the Administrative History are as follows:

Ch. - Chapter (Abbreviated only at the beginning of the control number)
ER. - Emergency Rule
Rev. - Revised
Chapter 179-1, entitled "Marketing Order for Eggs," containing Rules 179-1-.01 through 179-1-.14, was filed and effective on June 30, 1965.
Rule 179-1-.10 has been repealed and a new Rule 179-1-.10 adopted. Filed May 24, 1988; effective June 13, 1988.
Rule 179-1-.09 has been amended. Filed April 20, 1989; effective May 30, 1984, as specified by the Commission.
Rule 179-1-.09 has been amended. Filed May 17, 1993; effective July 1, 1993, as specified by the Commission.
