Rule 135-1-.04 - Restrictions on Board Members' Activities(1) After a person has submitted a completed application for licensure to the Board, no member of the Board may supervise or direct such applicant for a fee until such time as that applicant becomes licensed by the Board. (2) No Board member shall participate in the deliberation or the vote on licensure of any applicant who was previously supervised or directed by that Board member.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 135-1-.04
