Rule 125-3-6-.01 - Responsibility(1) The Commissioner of Corrections shall designate those institutions which shall be authorized and directed to initiate and conduct a Work Release activity. Wardens/Superintendents at those institutions so designated shall be responsible for the execution of all functions associated with their segment of the Work Release program.(2) As achievable, institutions sponsoring a Work Release activity will provide separate housing or quarters for assigned Work Releasees and related supporting services.(3) Operational and administrative support, consistent with the need, shall be provided by the institution concerned.Ga.
