Rule 111-8-7-.05 - Inspections(1) The center shall be open at all reasonable hours for observation and examination by properly identified representatives of the Department.(2) The governing body shall notify the Department of the anticipated opening date of a newly constructed center in order that a pre-opening licensure inspection of the center may be conducted to determine compliance with these rules and regulations.(3) The administrator (or a designated representative) shall accompany the Department representative on all tours of inspection and shall sign the completed inspection report.(4) The center may be inspected at the discretion of the Department to determine whether it is continuing to meet these requirements or is making satisfactory progress in accordance with approved plans of correction.Ga.
