(1) A registered nurse, licensed undergraduate nurse, or a licensed practical nurse, shall be employed full time as supervisor of care.(2) In addition to the supervisor of care, there shall be sufficient staff members on duty at all times to assure each resident proper care according to his needs. This includes staff members awake and on duty all night. Proper care includes, but is not limited to: assistance with activities of daily living, clean and proper clothing, good grooming, free of body odor, clean hair and scalp, clean and trimmed finger and toe nails, daily mouth care and barber services, including shaves.(3) All resident care and related services shall be carried out in accordance with written resident care policies which are assembled, available and understood by all staff and including but not limited to:(a) Clearly established lines of administrative and supervisory responsibility;(b) Clearly defined duties which are assigned to staff members and consistent with their training and experience.Ga.
